I explore the production and maintenance of alternative home futures and community-led practices, notably senior co-housing and cooperatives in the UK and Europe. My work has looked at how collaborative housing movements – and the ideologies, politics and practices that sorround them – offer examples of reorganised social relations and, in this way, offer a potentially different economic, political and social orientation.
